Titanium seals $280 million SCOOP and STACK

Vanguard Natural Resources closed the $280 million sale of its SCOOP and STACK assets to Dallas-based oil and gas investment  rm Titanium Exploration Partners. The acquisition added YE15 proved reserves of 239 MMcfe/d (13% oil, 31% NGLs), production of 50 MMcfe/d from 410 active wells, and more than 20,000 net acres to Titanium’s portfolio in the Oklahoma resource plays. Founded in May 2014 and led by former Titan River Energy CEO Chip Simmons, Titanium also has operations in the Eagle Ford.
